If you have purchased Coral Club products online, by phone, or through any other form of distance selling, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. This right is guaranteed under Sections 355–356 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB) and the Distance Selling Law (Fernabsatzrecht), which forms part of Germany’s consumer protection regulations.
